| About Warren Malone |
BIOGRAPHY:
Warren Malone is the next one to make an impact on the music industry.
Performing since the age of five, Warren Malone has been wowing and dazzling audiences for almost eighteen years. Inspired to sing from his mother, a professional singer herself, Warren Malone began competing in talent competitions at age 5. He received massive worldwide exposure when he appeared on Season 3 of American Idol. Immediately after the episode aired, Warren Malone appeared on Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The New Yorkers, The Big Broadcast, and on a multitude of national FOX affiliates and other news programs around the country. From the incredible public interest sprouted an ever-morphing fan base of loyal Warren Malone lovers. For the last five years, Malone has been writing and working on his debut album, which includes some of the biggest co-writers and producers in the music industry.
To prove his music was Radio Ready, Malone took it upon himself to hire radio promoter Harry Towers and release a single independently. His breakout promotional single “French Kisses,” was a tremendous success for an independent pop artist. “French Kisses” remixed into a smokin’ dance jam by the infamous Josh Harris took dance radio by storm for 32 weeks on 57 FM Radio Stations throughout the entire country. Satellite/Internet and In-Store Play composed of 52 channels that also added the record. “French Kisses” made its debut at 25 on the national mix-show radio chart sharing the charts with some of the biggest artists in today’s music. His seasonal fan favorite “This Summer I” was also sent to radio as a B-Side and also received a great response.
From the buzz “French Kisses” created, Warren appeared on TotalPopStar.Com with Deborah Gibson, Joey Lawrence & Music Executive Andrew Vance Lee, and a “Top Of The Tops” style video was aired. Famed Producer Shep Pettibone most known for his classics with Madonna showcased Warren Malone with an extravagant club performance at his New Jersey Club & Resort “Paradise.” 8 Club mixes were done for “French Kisses” and is ready to ship for club play.
Malone executively produced and A&R’ed his completed album which covers urban, funk, euro pop, 80’s and early 90’s dance; which he calls, “a retro piece.” He continues to perform, write for other artists, and is determined to break closed doors open. The release date for his album is forthcoming.

BIOGRAPHY (IN MY OWN WORDS):
My name is Warren Malone, and I am 24 years old. I have brown hair and blue eyes, and I am Italian. I was born and raised on Long Island in New York. Music, song & dance were the perfect escape for me as a kid. Most of the time when all the other kids were playing outdoors, I was creating a fantasy land through my records, disney movies, he-man & she-ra, the wizard of oz, my karaoke machine, and drawing pictures. I loved playing dress up in front of the mirror and was in love with costumes.
My mother had been a singer all her life, so through watching her sing at her shows, hearing music all the time, I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. While you’re typical five year old would play with toys etc..... I was buying records and tapes. My room was filled with children sing alongs, but I quickly became obsessed with pop music including Barbra Streisand, Madonna , Whitney Houston, and Michael Jackson. Those were the first artists I got into. Christian music was also a big part of my childhood, so I grew up singing in church, but that quickly ended at the age of twelve as I developed my own spirituality.
I loved sad songs as they went hand in hand with the drama. While I didn't understand what I was singing, looking back at my old footage of all the songs I performed in talent shows, in my room, and for the public had messages that reflected what was going on in my childhood. There was a reason I was singing those songs as the messages sunk into my soul, and prepared me for what I would have to face like many artists. They were about loving yourself, reaching for your dreams, never listening to others, and songs about survival. My mother picked my first song for me to sing and it was "The Greatest Love Of All" by Whitney Houston.
Through the years of performing as a child, I knew what I did had an effect on people, and that I had a message for the world. In my personal life, I endured many years of trials and tribulations that will be elaborated on in my book I am writing. I am not sure how I survived it, but I did. There were many times I wanted to throw everything away, but my dreams run through my blood. I never was a quitter. My persistence and determination is my biggest tool. I also have been blessed with so many wonderful people including friends, family, celebrity encounters, and other artists who have always believed in me.
At 16, I financed my first demo of "Save The Best For Last" by Vanessa Williams. After that, I spent years running around NYC to just about anywhere that my voice could be heard. I did just about everything I could to earn an income as a performer which included modeling, dance jobs, extra work in films, and the list goes on. While it is apart of my history, yes I did appear on "American Idol." I performed “Land Of The Living” by Kristine W, but that part was not televised.
After that I realized that I wanted to become a serious artist which is when I began writing songs and making my album. Disappointed with what I was hearing on the radio beginning 2000, I started getting into a lot of international music of all kinds, jazz/soul/early R&B, indie, and stepping back in time. This enabled me to complete my first album which I have released two singles from to date.
I've battled with the devil, fought to keep my self respect, made mistakes but learned from them, and am looking forward to what the future holds in store. On a daily basis I try to stay positive, as sometimes your mind is your worst enemy. I cannot stand negative people, non-believers, and I don't allow them near me or into my world.
The world is in the worst shape it's ever been in, so now is the time to be as strong as you ever could be and only project what is tattooed right on my arm "Love." Look for me!!!!!!!
Sincerely,
Warren
